Salary Range: $146,481-$190,424 (includes Local Market Supplement) *Position may be eligible for DCIPS STEM TLMS This position will serve as the Chief of Intelligence, Nuclear Technology and Integration Directorate, as well as the Senior Intelligence Officer (SIO) and the Intelligence Center Senior Functional (CSF) for the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center. The incumbent manages and oversees Center Intelligence activities. As the subject matter expert (Senior Intelligence Analyst) for the Directorate, applies experience and mastery of joint operations to ensure seamless integration and execution of acquisition intelligence across the AFNWC enterprise. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Advises and provides counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management. Provides intelligence guidance, oversight, and advanced analytic support to DoD/USAF acquisition programs, systems, and processes to a variety of senior level customers. Manages, oversees, and integrates functions to provide intelligence and situational awareness necessary to successfully plan and conduct acquisition intelligence in support of AFNWC. Leads senior intelligence teams across the Intelligence Community in support of the nuclear mission. Serves as a senior technical intelligence acquisition authority on all Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) matters. The incumbent plans, directs, and manages the entire intelligence effort of the Directorate to include analyzing weapon system components, identifying intelligence requirements, researching adversary vulnerabilities to optimize weapon system operations, identifying gaps and resolving/mitigating deficiencies, delivering technical intelligence solutions, as well as support to core base-level intelligence services such as Special Security Office (SSO) and Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications Information Technology (JWICS-IT) services. As the CSF, provides strategic advice, guidance, and intelligence workforce management recommendations to the Center and the intelligence functional community. - U.S. Citizenship Required - All new DCIPS employees are required to complete a two-year DCIPS trial period - Position is designated special-sensitive and incumbent must be able to obtain and retain a TOP SECRET (TS) security clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
