Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center (AFNWC) is currently seeking a full-time Program Management Specialist to work in the Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Systems Directorate at Hill Air Force Base near Layton, Utah.
This position (205959) is an NH-301-03 which has a 2026 salary range of $89,508 - $138,370.
The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Support Agreement Manager for the ICBM Systems Directorate.

DUTIES:
- Analyzes basic program support elements within the organization and develop program tracking and reporting documents as they relate to support agreements (DODI 4000.19).
- Assists in resolving issues and improving upon basic program elements.
- Analyzes, integrates, and enhances support actions necessary to improve support agreement program effectiveness and ensures overall execution and support.
- Supports Integrated Product Team (IPT) members of assigned programs to ensure customer expectations are met in all areas of support agreement management (DODI 4000.19).
- Develops and makes recommendations and/or modifications to strategic planning requirements within the organization’s support agreement program.
- Conducts administrative work on both the program or mission and the administrative or management services side of the organization as it relates to support agreements between organizations.
- Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with management, functional teams, and all coordinating agencies.
SKILLS:
- At least 3 years’ knowledge of applicable principles, concepts, policies, mission, organizational structure and laws of the specific programs and/or functional field.
- Skill and ability to research, analyze, interpret, and translate complex information, adapting analytical techniques and evaluation criteria.
- Skill and ability to effectively and respectfully communicate with diverse groups of individuals, verbally and in writing.
- Ability to analyze, plan, and adjust work operations of one or more organizational segment objectives within available resources i.e., the ability to meet emergency and/or changing program requirements with minimal sacrifice of quality or quantity of work.
- Knowledge of records management principles, programs and procedures is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment is valued.

- Must be able to obtain and maintain the appropriate security clearance and will be required to handle and safeguard sensitive and/or classified information in accordance with regulations.
