Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center (AFNWC) is currently seeking a full-time TECHNICAL ORDER MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST to work in the Minuteman III (MMIII) Systems Division at Hill Air Force Base, Utah.
This position (960745) is an NH-0301-03 which has a typical 2026 salary range of $89,508 - $138,370.

The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the United States Air Force Technical Order Management Agent (TOMA) for the MMIII Systems Division. TOMA performs Technical Order (TO) management to meet worldwide operational/mission requirements in support of acquisition and sustainment phases of assigned systems/equipment and/or programs of the Minuteman III.
DUTIES:
- Serves as the Technical Order expert, to include evaluating TOs for administrative accuracy and implementing corrective action plans, ensuring standards are achieved/maintained.
- Develops, plans, manages, and coordinates on all TO requirements for all assigned major systems/subsystems and/or commodities in support of new technology acquisition modification programs.
- Manages the TO program and all TO related projects throughout their execution.
- Manages Recommended Change (RC) process/timelines for completion, ensuring RC processing times meet or exceed program requirements following policy and regulations.
- Provide editorial support for the Minuteman III systems directorate TOs to ensure compliance with best practices and technical specifications.
SKILLS:
- Position requires familiarization with Technical Order Management.
- Experience with different approaches in evaluating systems, data integrity, capability, analysis, design, editorial and programming techniques, office automation, information management, equipment and data security evaluation is required.
- Experience in technical writing and preparation of policy/procedures manuals is highly valued.
- System knowledge of Recommended Change (RC) process/timelines for completion, ensuring RC processing times meet or exceed program requirements following current policy and regulations.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:

- Required to handle and safeguard sensitive and/or classified information in accordance with regulations to reduce potential compromise; employee must obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
