Generals inducted into Order of the Nucleus
The Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center established the Order of the Nucleus in 2011 to recognize and honor individuals and groups who have made significant contributions to the nuclear enterprise of the United States. General Ellen M. Pawlikowski, who recently retired as the AFMC commander, was recently inducted for recognizing the need to “improve the priority and quality of support to the Air Force’s nuclear enterprise,” according to her induction citation.
